Exchange & Refund Policy
We take pride in producing quality products and your satisfaction is a priority, so if you find any fault, we’ll gladly accept a return and refund of any full priced item within 14 days of purchase. Sale items can be returned for a store credit and must be returned within 7 days. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. We do not offer exchanges.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with their tags attached and in original packaging. We suggest all items are reviewed and tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items per the aforementioned terms.
Our policy details below pertain to returns and credit policy for any product purchased from the bubze.com.au.com.au website. Any items purchased elsewhere must be returned to the original place of purchase, including faulty items and their trading policies will apply.
Bubze.com.au return policy:
Full Price Items: You may return any full price item/s within 14 days of purchase for a refund. The refund will be to the value you paid for the item/s and will exclude the cost of postage.
Sale Items: You may return any sale item/s within 7 days of purchase for a store credit. The store credit will be to the value you paid for the item/s excluding postage.
Returns and credits are fully processed within 14 days of our receipt if they meet the terms of our returns policy as stated herein and you will be issued a refund using the same payment method in which you made the purchase.
We’ll be in touch most likely via email once we receive your returned product and if it is in the original condition and in the original packaging, we’ll confirm if your return has been accepted.
Customers who receive a product/s with manufacturing faults are entitled to a full refund.
Customers who received the wrong product are entitled to a full refund.
Customers who ordered a product that is sold out are entitled to a full refund.
Return postage is at the customer’s own expense unless the item is faulty or you were sent the incorrect item.
There are no refunds or exchanges on international orders unless the garment is deemed faulty.
How to return a product:
Log into your account and go to the ‘Completed Orders’ page. Select the relevant order and submit the ‘Returns Request’ form.
Please ensure you provide a copy of your original invoice when you mail the product back to us to streamline the process.
Please pack all items with care and into original packaging and include a copy of your ‘Returns Request’ in a secure and weatherproof bag for protection. Returns may be declined for any product that is damaged as a result of poor packaging. We strongly recommend registered or trackable post as Bubze.com.au is not liable for lost or undelivered returns. We further advise that you request proof of postage from the Post Office for your records.
Bubze.com.au will only cover the cost of shipping on a return/exchange where the item is deemed faulty or you were sent the incorrect item by us.
